2. Purpose and scope
This Legal Notice governs public access to the DTS website and provides information about its owner. Use of the account, scoring and supplier network features is also subject to the Terms of Use; purchases of DTS Verified, to the Purchase Terms; and the processing of personal data, to the Privacy Policy.
3. Access to and use of the website
Users undertake to use the website lawfully, without attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, documents or data belonging to third parties, and without disrupting the operation of DTS. NALLAM may take proportionate technical and legal measures in response to abusive or unlawful use.
4. Information about DTS
DTS provides business cybersecurity information and scores under its own methodology. A score or verification badge is not equivalent to an official certification and does not guarantee the absence of incidents. The features and conditions of the assessment and of DTS Verified are explained in their respective contractual documents.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
The content, designs, distinctive signs, software, databases and other elements of the website belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable law. Access to the website does not imply any transfer of rights. The links, badges and QR codes expressly made available by DTS may be shared, provided their terms of use are respected and the information displayed is not altered or falsified.
6. Third-party links and content
The website may link to third-party pages. NALLAM does not necessarily control their content or availability and accepts no liability for them except where legally required. The inclusion of a link does not imply a recommendation or commercial association.
7. Availability and security
NALLAM will take reasonable measures to maintain the operation and security of the website, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical incidents or causes beyond its control. The foregoing is without prejudice to any liabilities that apply by law.
8. Data protection and cookies
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in the Cookie Policy and, where applicable, in the consent settings panel.
9. Amendments
