1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small files that a website can store on or read from the device. DTS also uses similar technologies, such as local storage and session storage, to remember preferences or temporarily keep interface states.
2. Who is the controller?
NALLAM IBÉRICA, S.L., Tax ID (NIF) B13605712, Ctra. Argamasilla, corner of C/ Pintor Ribera, 198, Tomelloso (Ciudad Real), Spain. Contact email: info@nallam.org.
3. Types of cookies by purpose
Technical or necessary: these keep the session active, protect requests and remember the privacy choice.
Preferences: these keep interface options that the user expressly chooses, such as the theme.
Analytics or measurement: these measure use of the site through Google Analytics. They remain disabled until consent is given.
Advertising: DTS does not use cookies for advertising purposes.
4. First-party and third-party cookies
Authentication, security and consent cookies are the site's own first-party cookies. Google Analytics is a third-party service used for measurement. Google Analytics may write cookies on the DTS domain.
5. Inventory of cookies used
Other storage technologies: DTS uses dts-theme in local storage to remember the chosen theme and dts-company-user-invite-result in session storage to temporarily keep the result of an invitation. These are not cookies. The former remains until local storage is cleared; the latter is deleted when it is read or when the tab is closed.
6. Consent and settings
Before loading the measurement tools, the banner offers “Accept”, “Reject” and “Configure”, with direct access to the settings. Analytics is disabled until it is accepted. Strictly necessary technologies remain active.
The choice is saved in the first-party cookie dts-cookie-consent for six months. The user may change or withdraw it at any time using the permanent “Configure cookies” link in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future measurement and deletes the Google Analytics cookies that DTS is able to remove from the browser.
Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to the site.
7. Retention periods
The choice cookie lasts six months. The Auth.js session is configured for eight hours and the email confirmation binding for a maximum of 24 hours. Google Analytics cookies may be kept for up to two years by default; the period may vary depending on the service configuration.
8. Management from the browser
Cookies and storage can also be deleted or blocked from the browser. Blocking the technical authentication cookies may prevent signing in or access to private areas.
9. Personal data and rights
Google Analytics is used to measure use of the site only when analytics is accepted. Information on processing operations, providers, legal bases and possible transfers is set out in the Privacy Policy. Contact: info@nallam.org.
10. Updates
The policy will be updated when the technologies, purposes or providers change. If the change affects the choice made, it will be requested again before analytics is enabled. Version: 13 October 2026.
